I believe Marsden should be a model for the whole of the NHS. The nurses are so caring and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble and the doctors considerate and always keep you well informed.

Good: Nursing care, information from doctors and nurses, food, drinks and generally pleasant atmosphere. To be improved: Ventilation in Ward and shower room.

I felt the staff was my family and they cared for me as if I were an important elder family member. I felt very close to all of them. cannot think of any change that would improve my care

nursing care excellent, organising MRIs scan etc leaves a bit to be desired.
